  • Oven: Recommended temperature is 120 degrees for 160 seconds (Note: do not exceed 130 degrees, otherwise the parts may be damaged) Pressing machine: Recommended temperature 160 degrees 45 seconds. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, open the oven and put in the PET film after applying DTF powder.For sheets with large images and / or a lot of ink coverage, we recommend opening the cover, rotate the sheet 180°, and then heat for another 20s.

NOTE

The temperature of the oven can be adjusted from 0 to 150 degrees. In order to protect our oven, the actual maximum temperature is only 130 degrees. The recommended temperature is 120 degrees and 160 seconds (note: do not exceed 130 degrees, otherwise the parts may be damaged). If the curing effect is not enough, we suggest extending the heating time and not using high temperatures for a long time. Prolonged use of high temperatures and high power can easily cause the oven to burn out.
