Condition: Open Box- Listing is for 2 cases containing 12.91 sq ft (40 pieces) each. A few of the tiles are cracked, the vast majority are not. Guarantee more 65 pieces (20 sq ft) are not cracked. The number may be greater. Tiles are new in original vendor box (see pics)
